A very carefully organized, mild physical activity course made it easier for vulnerable elderly people to keep their ability to move. New research demonstrates that numerous frail seniors can bring benefits from a typical workout.

Reduced mobility comes with age and raises the risk for various diseases, disability, and in many cases demise. Frequent physical activity gives identified health advantages to a number of individuals. But researchers hadn’t determined a particular treatment to stop mobility impairment.
