At Pacifica Senior Living Portland, while we use the term caregivers to encompass our staff and family members, we think of our caregivers as Quality of Life Specialists.

Why you ask? Because our caregivers do more than just complete tasks, they provide an entire lifestyle and program for residents on an individual basis.

Our Quality of Life Specialists guide resident’s through their own personal Rediscovery programming. They get to know the needs and abilities of their residents inside and out.
Partnering with family members, our Quality of Life Specialists guide a resident’s daily routine, from more than 200 meaningful and specialized activities, including ones that were once part of the resident’s daily routine in a true collaboration of understanding and care.
