On Sunday, May 22nd, 2011 the Alzheimer’s Association Desert Southwest Chapter hosted their 1st Annual A Wine To Remember event at the Hacienda Del Sol Resort in Tucson, Arizona. This wine tasting event included a silent auction, musical entertainment and information on supporting the programs offered by the Alzheimer’s Association.

Encore Senior Village understands the important role that the Alzheimer’s Association plays in research, advocacy and education in the Tucson Community. All funds that were raised from the wine tasting event will go directly to supporting the Alzheimer’s Association research advocacy and services that allow the Alzheimer’s Association to support individuals, families, care partners and communities affected by dementia and increase awareness in the community.
